“Millions of young student nation wide sports sunshine” launched on April29,2007. The teachers and student in our school were organized to watch the launching ceremony together. After watching. We went to have a one-hour sport. Such as running doing exercise. Some were playing or some were playing football. 　
　　I think it is helpful to do sports. It can make you healthy. We can build up one’s body strength sports can also let brains have a rest so that are study will be more effective. To take exercise one-hour everyday will make us happy a whole life. So why don’t I take exercise.
