　　　I’m Sun Xiaofan, a student of Grade 6, Primary School Attached to Nankai University. I’m very grateful for such an opportunity to write to you. 　
　
　　　I have been interested in English since I was in kindergarten. I can speak simple English before schoolage. In my school days, I study English in and outside the classroom. I’ve been learning New Concept English for over 5 years, which has laid a solidfoundation on English vocabulary and grammar. I passed Level 3 basic and Level2, New Concept Tests of English 《NCTE》. I received Excellence Award in CCTV Starof Outlook English Talent Competition. I also got a good grade of A4 in ElementaryEnglish Test System 《EETS》. 　
　
　　　Along with taking greatinterest in English, I have been doing well in math, Chinese, science and othersubjects. As a top student and a monitor, I help my teachers and classmates withsome organization work. In so doing, I build up my own organizing skill and spiritof giving and sharing. For my good performance, I was awarded for three timesthe title of school-level Merit Student, and district-level Merit Student. 　
　
　　　TFLS has been a dream highschool among my peers. I have learned about TFLS’s brilliant history and futuredevelopment, intrigued by its positive and effective learning climate. To becomeone member of this outstanding community would be a great honor to me. 　
　
　　　As a big fan of TFLS, I believeI have a gift for learning the English language. I anticipate being given theopportunity to display my ability in your presence.
